  • メールアドレスの入力ミスや決済手続きの途中での中断により、決済のみが完了してアカウントが正しく発行されない場合があります。

    また、課金状態につきましては、Stripe より領収書や請求書がご登録のメールアドレス宛に送信されますので、必ずそちらでご確認ください。

    In such cases, a refund procedure may be required, so please contact us through the Open Contact inquiry form.

    To confirm your payment status, Stripe will send receipts or invoices to your registered email address. Please make sure to check those emails.

    The annual membership fee will be automatically renewed every year. A renewal notice will be sent 7 days prior to the renewal date, so please be sure to review it.
