個人情報取り扱いに関する基本方針

当会は会員が会員登録をする際、または問い合わせの際に、氏名，住所，電話番号，メールアドレス、会費の支払い方法、団体名などの個人情報を入力します。
個人情報の利用目的
当会が個人情報を収集・利用する目的は，以下のとおりです。
会員が必要とする情報を配信したり、会員への連絡が必要な時に当会から連絡を取るため。
個人情報の管理方法
当会は第三者に個人情報を読み取られたり、改ざんされたりすることを防ぐために、SSLを使用しています。
SSL(SecureSocketLayer)はデータを暗号化して通信するセキュリティ機能です。SSLで暗号化することによって、個人情報をハッカーやクラッカーから守り、安全に情報を送信することができます。
個人情報の第三者提供
当会は個人情報保護法その他の法令で認められる場合を除いて、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ることなく第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。
個人情報の開示、訂正などの手続きについて
ご本人からの個人情報の開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止のご希望の場合には、ご本人であることを確認した上で対応します。

When a member registers for membership or makes an inquiry, the Association will obtain personal information such as name, address, phone number, email address, payment method for membership fees, organization name, etc.
Purpose of Using Personal Information
The purposes for which the Association collects and uses personal information are as follows: to deliver information necessary for members and to contact members when necessary.
Management of Personal Information
The Association uses SSL to prevent third parties from reading or tampering with personal information.
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a security function that encrypts data during communication. By encrypting with SSL, we can protect personal information from hackers and crackers and send information safely.
Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Association will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the user, except in the cases listed below.
